Welcome to Stalyhill Infant School and Stalyhill Junior School

It is my great pleasure to welcome you to the website for Stalyhill Infant School and Stalyhill Junior School.

We are incredibly proud of our wonderful school community and of the warm, caring and inclusive environment that we create together. Our schools are places where children are encouraged to be curious, confident and enthusiastic learners, whilst developing the values, skills and resilience they need to flourish both in school and beyond.

Stalyhill Infant School and Stalyhill Junior School are federated under a single Governing Body, enabling us to work closely together to provide the very best experiences and opportunities for our children. Throughout the year, the two schools work collaboratively, sharing expertise, resources and ideas to ensure that there is a harmonious and consistent approach to learning, pastoral care and the wider life of our schools.

Although our children enjoy the unique experiences and opportunities that each stage of their education brings, we are committed to ensuring that their journey from the Infant School into the Junior School feels natural, positive and well supported. Our strong links allow us to celebrate the individual character of each school while maintaining a shared vision and a clear sense of belonging across the whole Stalyhill community.

We believe that children thrive when schools, families and the wider community work together. We value the contribution of our parents and carers and are fortunate to have such supportive families who play an important part in school life. Together, we strive to create an environment where every child feels valued, listened to and able to achieve their very best.

Our dedicated staff are passionate about providing high-quality education and nurturing the whole child.
